Is alcohol and/or smoking allowed onboard?
- Alcohol and smoking is not allowed on you buses.
Can I bring a cooler on the bus?
- Yes, cooler is allowed but maybe limited based on the size of the cooler
Will my bus look like the one on your website?
- Yes, all buses on our site is the actual bus that is in our fleet.
Are you able to get buses that have handicap accessibility?
- Yes, we can make special arrangements for handicap accessible buses.
Do I need to tip the driver?
- No, but it is at your discretion.
Do I need to find a hotel room for the driver?
- Yes, overnight service requires accommodation for the driver.
What if my bus is late or has a breakdown?
- A backup bus will be dispatched after 30 minutes or if there is a breakdown.
